Please post build specs, photos and information regarding the mission control app. This bike is so much fun. I revised the output levels as follows: Eco to 10%, Trail to 20% and Turbo to 50%. I haven't changed the 'motor' setting so it's set on whatever the default is. I'm not quite sure what that setting does.haha. I ride in Trail most of the time.
38-40t: E2, 42/44t: E. ▫ NOTE: Shimano derailleurs are equipped with high-low height adjuster chips. Place the chips in the position that optimizes the spacing relative to the chainring size. ▫ Specialized offers a chainguide for Epic models 3 that attaches to the DMD front derailleur mount.
Just completed an 18 mile ride with 2,500 fee of elevation gain last weekend. Started with 100% battery and ended with 51%. The longest ride I do is around 25 miles so the battery is plenty big enough for me. I have the comp version with the 460 Wh battery.
When I first demoed the bike it was on 55% output level for nearly the entire ride, and that used up the battery very quickly. The 20% output level is plenty for me. Phase 6 Premium Keygen Crack.
I have the Eco set to 10% for use in a situation where the battery runs low during a ride. Hasn't happened yet. I've owned the Levo for 6 weeks now and it is FANTASTIC! Played around with the app a little and also have adjusted the settings to 10% or 15% for Eco, 30% for Trail, 50% for Turbo. Generally use it on Eco / 15% setting so I'm getting a bit of a workout too with bursts of power for tough climbs. Can give me 25+ miles of range / 3000 ft climbing easily. Still exploring the other app functions.
Tried the map routing and it drained my iphone battery pretty quickly! Also found on the mapping that you cant map multiple segments - just point to point. Also would like to import routes from strava but not sure there is this functionality - has anyone worked these things out yet?
Levolove are running the motor at 100%? I don't think you can upload a gpx files. I'd like to know if running trail at 50% with the motor at 100% is the same as trail 100% with the motor set at 50%.
That's my next test:-)Ive left the motor setting at 100. I did snap my chain last week though so now you mention it. Would a lower motor setting with higher assist level change the power delivery feel.?? Please report back! Nice photos by the way.
I'm a Brit living in SoCal so nice to see some greenery! I have rented the Expert Levo three times now for a total of 14 rides. The Levo is guaranteed to leave a big smile on your face. I live in Utah and we have some nice climbs here to put the Levo to the test.
So far I've found the Levo is good for around 3000 ft of climbing and roughly 17-20 miles. I rented two at a time in hopes of talking my wife into one that she could ride. Unfortunately she hasn't recovered from all of her crashes yet to give the go ahead. It was nice that my wife was able to ride two mountain bike trails that, with the ebike, she would never be able to ride if her life depended on it.
The big tires and motor assist made it all possible. Anyway, I still have a few reservations about buying and still sitting on the fence. (please, push me off the fence LOL) Cons: Low bottom bracket height insures that you will hit your pedals all the time.
Technical climbs can be hit and miss if there are big rocks involved. Trails that are v-shaped or rutted require great care to avoid hitting the pedals at high speed. The 11-sp cassette should immediately be recalled and retro fitted with an 8-sp and a bigger chain. I broke the chain several times during my rental. When you are riding an ebike you learn not to shift at the first site of a steep trail section in favor of standing up and mashing the pedals.
This causes huge torque issues on the drive train, especially since you are most likely in a taller gear than you would otherwise use. There really is no need for so many gears on a motor assisted bike. IMHO I broke two spokes on separate rides. Not sure if the spokes can handle the load or if it was just an abused demo rental.
