My computer had been crashing all the time, about a month ago, and my Media Centre wasn't working. Apparently, my video card couldn't handle it.
I discovered that my video card had been switched off and that the default one had been activated. I went through the process of changing this, and getting media centre back up and running.
Although my computer doesn't crash as much anymore, it still crashes frequently. A friend of mine has told me that I probably got malware through the downloading of movies. If for some reason GMER refuses to run, try again. If it still fails, try to UN-check 'Devices' in right pane. If still no joy, try to run it from Safe Mode. So far, I don't see much. Your MBAM log says 'No action taken'.
